Imperial Hotel gets gold seal of approval
For the fourth year in a row Visit Wales has awarded The Imperial Hotel its esteemed Gold Award 2015.
The aim of the Gold Award is to reward outstanding quality, exceptional comfort and hospitality in the serviced sector in Wales. The Award also recognises businesses that have been successful in a Mystery Shopper exercise to test their customer interaction skills and those that have been able to demonstrate a high commitment and on-going development to improve their business for guests with disabilities.
A delighted Geoff Lofthouse, General Manager of The Imperial Hotel said; “We are honoured to have been awarded the Visit Wales Gold Award 2015 - it is a testament to the team's continued hard work and dedication over the past few years. What's more is this award comes on the back of a fantastic year for the hotel, having retained our status as the largest four- star hotel in the area, maintained our AA rosette for Chantrey's, our fine dining restaurant and awarded Green Tourism Award for our efforts to become a sustainable, environmentally friendly business"
