The Function Suite
The Function Suite is the largest of The Imperial’s rooms. This elegant suite is the local venue for conferences, exhibitions, dinners and dinner-dances. When used completely, 150 guests can be accommodated for dinners and 120 for dinner-dances.
Alternatively, when sub-divided in to the Bodafon and Vaughan Rooms, it offers an ideal conference room in one half and dining facilities in the other.
The Bodafon
The Bodafon is an elegant room with a high dome ceiling and large windows reminiscent of the grandeur of days gone by. This room has its own Maplewood dance floor and small staging and caters for up to 150 theatre style and 60 for dinners or 46 Boardroom style.
The Vaughan
The Vaughan is a light bright room with bay windows and stunning views, creating an air of space and tranquillity. The room caters for 100 theatre style, 90 for dinner and 120 for a cocktail reception.
The Promenade Lounge
The Promenade Lounge is an intimate room overlooking the Terrace onto Llandudno Bay and is ideal for small meetings or dinner parties up to 30.
The Adelphi & Boardrooms
The Adelphi is a light room with an oriental influence, suitable for boardroom style meetings for up to 20 and The 4 Boardrooms are all ideally suited for small executive meetings for up to 10.
High speed wireless connection is available in all conference rooms and throughout the ground floor of the hotel
