Hi Lesley, Just a belated email to thank you and your staff for your organisation and welcome to our members and supporters recently. I was sorry that you were not around over the weekend to thank you personally for your assistance. This was my first time as an event co-ordinator, so was very relieved that all went to plan. We had a great time at convention and this year came 9th out of 33 contestants and also improved our percentage mark for the fourth consecutive year so we were delighted as you can imagine. Thank you so very much for allowing us once again to hold our Coffee Morning at the Imperial Hotel. I am absolutely delighted to be able to tell you that we raised our best ever amount of £902.81 – we and all our supporters are thrilled by this wonderful boost to our fundraising total this year for Arthritis Research; we are very grateful indeed for your kindness and hospitality, and we appreciate the success of our Coffee Morning was entirely due to having the best venue in town!
Please could you convey our most grateful thanks also to Pat and her team for their invaluable and cheerful help with the coffee, and to the much appreciated porter who made all the difference by ferrying all our boxes etc both on arrival and in packing up afterwards. We were particularly happy with such a marvellous result as we were well aware of other events taking place at the same time in Llandudno, but our customers obviously enjoy coming to The Imperial and this was the reason for our success! On behalf of all our Committee, thank you again to you and Mr Lofthouse and everyone who was involved in giving us so much help and encouragement on the day.

I am pleased to tell you that we made £1,161 to share between these two local charities. I am writing to thank you for your help in providing excellent accommodation for our weekend in Snowdonia. It has been a pleasure doing business with you. The rates were most reasonable and the quality of the food excellent. From the start to the finish it has been very easy. Please pass our thanks to the reception and the rest of the staff for their helpfulness. Nothing was too much trouble.
Our Dutch colleagues and ourselves were most comfortable and looked after by your staff. An extra thank you for your help with the fruit and flowers in our guest's rooms. I didn't hear of any complaints about the service or the rooms, so I hope it all went smoothly from your end. We would be happy to recommend the Imperial and will hope to stay again.

Dear Lesley, Well, what a night that was. The food was so enjoyable and your staff served each table in tandem, which was fantastic. We can't thank you enough for making our event so memorable. Please convey our thanks to the Chef and his team. I chose the Haddock with Laverbread - so tasty and well cooked.
Lesley, you have been a brick in helping me plan this dinner. And guess what? I won the afternoon tea in our table raffle! It sounds like a fix but it was not. We definitely want to return next October, preferably. Then we won't have some many other functions to compete with. The final numbers were to my expectations so all ended well.

Just wanted to say thank you for everything last Saturday, we had a fabulous night at our fundraising evening and all with your and Lesley's help! I recently booked 16 or so rooms on 6 April at the Imperial Hotel as we had our annual RSAW Conference which took place on 7 April 2010. Everyone at the hotel who I liaised in the run up and during our stay was very helpful and polite; the service we and our fellow guests received was impeccable. The rooms were beautiful and we enjoyed the use of the leisure facilities; breakfast was gorgeous. Thank you to the Imperial team for making our stay so enjoyable. We'll definitely be booking with you again and will highly recommend you to others.

Just a note to thank you and the whole team for the help during our conference last weekend the 18 and 19 April. At Conlons we have held a yearly conference now for 12 years and stayed in some very lovely hotels. I can now add The Imperial to that list. Most of the hotels we have used in the past have been set in the country so it was a refreshing change to find such a well appointed hotel by the seaside and in such a lovely resort.
Our first impressions were instilled quickly as the porter team helped us unload our conference gear into the Adelphi room; all the staff were first class in their approach and friendliness. The reception team were efficient, pleasant and attentive as were all of the front of house staff we came into contact with. Mr “D” and Greg were very supportive with the set up of rooms, audio visual and general training issues.
I have to comment on the food. To cater for 150 people usually means a drop in standards however I cannot say that for the food in the restaurant. The service was excellent and the food was hot and quite delicious. Never before have we had such prompt service at the Gala dinner. Our conference was based around customer experiences; this certainly provided a great example.
We were so lucky with the weather, sunshine has been a rarity this year and to see it on the promenade certainly brightened our view of the town. All in all, a great time was had by all!
