Rotary District 1060 Conference, 23-26 October 2008
I am writing on behalf of District to thank you for the excellent service provided to us by the staff at The Imperial for the duration of our conference from Thursday to Sunday and most particularly by yourself.
Your provided all that we asked for and were only too willing to change arrangements for events up to the last minute. You also kindly had the table plans typed out for us which was a great help to me personally. You could not have made our stay more pleasant and the comfort and service provided by the hotel went a long way towards the enjoyment of the delegates’ time in Llandudno.
My wife and I had never been to Llandudno before and with so little free time during our stay we were unable to see all that Llandudno has to offer. I am sure we will be back again to put this right and enjoy another stay at The Imperial.

I am writing to thank you and your staff for contributing to our excellent stay at The Imperial Hotel. The rooms were of a very high calibre and I am not aware of any complaints! I also found your staff extremely helpful and accommodating.
The food was of a high quality, much more so than the hotels we have stayed at in different towns in the past. I also felt that the idea of individually cooked breakfasts, rather than a buffet, went down really well. Members also found the night staff extremely helpful when they returned tired but exuberant from the dances.
I would be grateful if you could pass on this letter to Directors of your chain so that they can experience firsthand the high level of customer satisfaction.

I felt I must write to tell you of the great success of our weekend at The Imperial. Everyone enjoyed it very much indeed and we should like to thank you and your staff for making us all very happy.
I'm sure everyone who attended has come back to me with compliments about the excellent food, the very good and cheerful service we received, the quality of service all round from the admin staff, the bar staff, the cleaning staff to the waiters and especially to the chef.
Apart from the food and service, the rooms also were very comfortable, spotless and well-equipped. All my guests were extremely impressed and we would have no hesitation in recommending The Imperial, its staff and, of course, the duty managers to anybody.
Thank you so much for making my celebration a very memorable occasion.

Dear Nicola, Just a few lines to thank you and your team for presenting us with a wonderful evening for our 50th celebrations on Friday Oct. 10th. Everything went like clockwork and judging by all the lovely cards I've received, the whole room had a most enjoyable time.

For the second year running I write on behalf of the 17 couples from Dudley, who attended the Rotary Conference in early October, to thank you and your staff for making the weekend so enjoyable.
Nothing was too much trouble and the arrangements you made for our own dinner on the Friday evening were very much appreciated. The weather could not have been much worse but we can hardly blame you for that!
Next year, unfortunately, the District 1210 Conference is at Southport but we hope that future Conferences will again be centred on Llandudno so that we may again have the pleasure of staying at The Imperial.

Can I thank you and your staff for what proved to be a highly successful stay in your hotel during our annual weekend in Llandudno.
The fact that everything worked so well was a tribute to the efforts of your staff, in all departments, and the fact that, as far as I am aware, we did not get one single complaint about any aspect of the hotel, the rooms, or the events, was a tribute to them.
I would particularly like to commend the input of Nicola and Lesley who have worked with us for nearly 12 months to make the weekend a success. I would be grateful if you would pass our thanks to all concerned. Thanking you again.

Nicola, well what can I say ...
Thank you so very much for everything. Your staff were absolutely superb and looked after my delegates and speakers with great care and professionalism. So many of the guests commented to me on your staff and in particular the food in the restaurant. Please do pass on my comments to them. I know it has been a real headache organising the changes etc with the accommodation and I am very grateful for your patience with this! I had some special thanks from my exhibitors who realised that a special effort had been made to place them in a special room – thank you Nicola.
And a very special thank you again from me to you for providing me with such a beautiful room which was so appreciated. I can’t tell you after my long days it was an absolute pleasure to have space and to come back to my ‘apartment’ and just take a little time out looking out to sea before going to bed. A successful conference all round, a lovely warm response from the people of Llandudno and fab weather! See you in 2012!
