Dear Sarah, I just wanted to let you know how much the group from Poynton High School enjoyed our Afternoon Tea at the Imperial yesterday. We were very fortunate to have such a beautiful day and all had a lovely time in Llandudno. Finishing up with the excellent spread that the Hotel provided was a perfect end to our day out. Hi Lesley, We had a wonderful day with you on Tuesday. Everyone said how much they had enjoyed the lunch. Everything was delicious and the plum crumble tartlet was a particular favourite! The afternoon tea was just right. We have had very good positive feedback from the group. Thanks to you, for all your help with the arrangements and the team who helped us on the day. Please pass our thanks also to the Chef, kitchen and table staff for their help and assistance with everything on the day. It really was lovely and the staff were attentive and mindful of our needs for which we are really grateful. The weather was kind to us and the whole trip was a great success. It’s the first time as a group that we had been to Llandudno and hope it won’t be the last. Thank you once again for all the help and I do hope that we will be able to visit you again in the future, possibly next Spring/Summer and if so, I’ll get in touch early next year.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and all the staff at The Imperial for the excellent hospitality you gave us last weekend. The service and hospitality we received was absolutely faultless including the fine weather you must have had a hand in too!
A couple of our seasoned weekenders commented that it was probably the best hotel we have ever visited and knowing them that is praise indeed. Every single member of your staff was first class, nothing was too much trouble, everything delivered with a smile. Special thanks also for returning the child's finger puppets. This is a big official thank you for a marvellous evening. It started by arriving and having a lovely bedroom. The dining room looked great, the food was lovely, we both and many more of us enjoyed the menu, compliments to the chefs. The waiter we had was very good, also staff at the bar and most helpful a reception.
We must also thank Leslie French for setting the evening up for us, and to say how well everything went. Choice of wine was obviously carried out by an experienced sommelier. Did you also order the snow scene the next morning as it was quite amazing? Geoff you should be proud of your hotel, many of our guests remarked on it, and even the grandchildren wanted to go back!

Just a quick note to thank you for the help with organising the Ladies Evening for the Lodge of St Hilary’s on Saturday Night. The evening went really well, and was enjoyed by everyone. All the staff at the hotel were extremely helpful when we were setting up the room and I had so many comments about how lovely the food was, the excellent and efficient service from all the waiting on staff, some of who went out of their way to ensure our guests needs were met.
