If you’re thinking about visiting North Wales this Autumn, why not time your visit with LLAWN02, the second Llandudno Arts Weekend? LLAWN02 is a free, full-on arts festival curated by Marc Rees, a leading member of the contemporary art movement.
The festival, which takes place from 19th to 21st September, will see Llandudno come alive with music, dance, film, theatre, art and more. Replica Victorian bathing machines on the Promenade will be occupied by an eclectic selection of artists, each with their own interpretation of Llandudno’s past, present and future. Buildings around the town will become venues for film, music and dance, including the world premiere of a piece by dancer Cai Tomos, specially commissioned for LLAWN02. And shoppers and holidaymakers all over town will be surprised by bursts of song and dance, including performances by opera singers, dance ensembles and the highly popular Kitsch’n’Synch collective.
