So sorry for the delay in writing this – life has been so hectic since our wedding on 6 November! Hi Lesley and Nicola, We just wanted to say thank you for organising everything so beautifully for our wedding on 6th August. We had the most amazing day and we were so happy with everything. Many guests commented on how lovely everything was and the excellent customer service delivered by all the staff. The only down side was the whole day passed so quickly but we have some fabulous photos taken at the hotel to remind us of our special day. Thanks to everyone at the Imperial for making the day so special.

Dear Lesley, Nicola and Sarah, Thank you, and all the staff, so much for helping to make Caroline and Andy’s wedding so special. Lesley, all your help, advice and organisation during the preceding months was invaluable, especially as we were unable to visit Llandudno as much as planned, and Nicola and Sarah were so patient with all the re-organising on the day. Richard Aves was a great MC ensuring everything ran smoothly. Needless to say our stay at the Imperial was superb. It was a wonderfully memorable wedding day and weekend. Thanks again.

Hi Lesley, We can‘t believe that it‘s been a year already, we just wanted to say a huge thank you once again for making our day a fantastic, stress free, best day of our lives occasion. The day is still fresh in our minds and we often talk about how smooth and worry free the day was and that it was down to you and your team‘s dedication and hard work. We were worried about choosing a venue for our special day, but our minds were made up after our first meeting, and it was the easiest and best decision we have ever made. Friends and family still sing the hotel‘s praises as we do. We were hoping to stay for our first year anniversary on 3/6/11 for the weekend but to no surprise you are fully booked! We will be back, as the Imperial holds so many fabulous memories for us. Again thank you and hope to see you soon with some pictures

Hi Nicola, Julie and I wanted to thank you and all the staff at the Imperial for helping to make our special day, perfect. We were really impressed by the attention to detail and the helpfulness of all the staff. Nothing was too much and ourselves and all of our guests were made to feel valued and comfortable. From the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out the next day, we were treated like royalty and really made our wedding memorable. With all of the organisation involved and last minute information from ourselves, we were nervous before the event that everything would go to plan. However, everything went smoothly and we didn't have to worry about a thing.
The food during the wedding breakfast and the evening buffet was really good and everyone loved the chocolate desert! I would also be very grateful if you could pass on our thanks to the following people as I didn't have the opportunity to thank them in person. David Anton for his services and direction on the day. He ensured that everyone knew where they should be, with the minimum of fuss and that traditions were upheld. He was very kind and thoughtful to assist the older guests during the day. DJ Silv for his musical services and for being very helpful with the choices, especially the cheesy party songs that proved very popular! To the Chef, kitchen and waiting on staff who provided good food and excellent service. Again, nothing was too much for them and they were very helpful. The florist for providing beautiful table decorations.
Everyone that attended, commented on the venue and the food and everyone enjoyed themselves immensely. There are probably many other people that I've forgotten, however I wanted to thank you and your team for our perfect day and will have no hesitation in recommending the Imperial Hotel for any function. Thanks once again.
