I would just like to say a big thank you to yourself and your team for a brilliant night on Friday, the food, the disco, the atmosphere, also it was wonderful of you to reorganise the event for us, not many places would have done that. Everyone that went said they had a fantastic time, even those who were not going to stay late didn’t want to leave. When you have this year’s brochure please send one to me as it looks like your having us back again this year. Once again thank you very much.

We don’t often see Snowdon as we did this Christmas – what a wonderful sight. I’m just writing to say thank you for all the lovely presents we got in our room – they are always interesting. Thanks to all the staff too, we had a lovely time.

We have just spent a lovely New Year at your hotel. We were welcomed with lovely gifts – which will be in use all year (except the lovely chocolates). All your staff were very friendly and obliging making our stay a very pleasant one. In particular, we had forgotten a dress shirt and Gill Burke (bless her heart) went to so much trouble to get one for us which made the service in your hotel top class. We are so grateful to her. Thank you for a lovely stay and we wish you all a very Happy New Year.

We have just returned home from such an enjoyable two night stay at The Imperial Hotel. All the staff have been so helpful and friendly; the Gala Dinner and festivities on the 31st were first class and, finally, thank you for the gifts left in our room! With our thanks to everyone. We will be back next year!!
