For the fourth year in a row Visit Wales has awarded The Imperial Hotel its esteemed Gold Award 2015.
The aim of the Gold Award is to reward outstanding quality, exceptional comfort and hospitality in the serviced sector in Wales. The Award also recognises businesses that have been successful in a Mystery Shopper exercise to test their customer interaction skills and those that have been able to demonstrate a high commitment and on-going development to improve their business for guests with disabilities.
