COVID-19. It’s all anyone is talking about and we want to let you know about our approach to it to date.

Firstly, we want to thank those of you that have chosen to stay, dine and enjoy the Health and Fitness Centre with us over the last few months. It’s been a difficult time for all of us in the hospitality industry and your trust and continued support is really appreciated.

From the outset, we have been following and complying with government guidelines, making operational changes immediately as the guidance changes. All of our kitchens have 5 star Food Hygiene Ratings confirming our ability to manage and maintain high standards of hygiene in the food environment and in addition we have significantly stepped up and are maintaining enhanced cleaning of all key guest touchpoints (including, but not limited to, door handles throughout the property, room keys/cards, room kettles and hairdryers, TV remotes etc) using suitable products.

​Your experience as a valued customer remains of the utmost importance, so we are ensuring we are taking all measures to allow you to continue to come to us with confidence. Be assured that as soon as we become aware we could do something more to improve our practices at this time, we will do it.

Please follow the government guidelines yourself and avoid travelling to us if you might need to self-isolate. But if you are well, please do not hesitate to come and see us; we would love to see you!

We will carry on delivering great stays, food and experiences as long as we can.
