We are looking for a full time receptionist to work in our busy 4 star hotel as part of our Front of House Team. The applicant will have excellent customer service and communication skills and previous hotel reception experience or experience of using the OPERA system is beneficial to this role.
The main duties include:
- Ensuring guests receive exceptional customer service at all times
- Ensuring the smooth running of day to day reception activities
- Checking guests in and out and ensuring all their needs are met
- Generating business through reservations
The position is 40 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 including Bank Holidays and weekends. Shifts are in operation between the hours of 7.30am and 11pm.
