Chef de Partie

Here at the Imperial Hotel, we are looking for a Chef de Partie.

Type – Full-time. The contract is 40 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7, including both shift work and straight shifts.

Location – The Imperial Hotel, Llandudno, North Wales

Pay – Up to £28,000 a year

PLEASE NOTE: INTERVIEWS FOR THIS ROLE WILL BE FROM 10TH MARCH ONWARDS.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard working and creative Chef de Partie to work in the kitchen of our award winning 4 star hotel. The ideal candidate will further strengthen our current team working alongside our Head Chef and Sous Chef, in preparing food for all areas, including our 2 AA Rosette awarded Chantrey’s Restaurant.

Attention to detail is a must and you will be responsible for working with the team to provide a seamless and high standard of service at all times.

Includes a competitive salary, that is negotiable dependant on experience.

• Chef: 2 years (preferred)
