Chantrey’s Restaurant has held Two AA Rosettes since 2017, ranking it one of the finest restaurants not only in Llandudno but in North Wales.

This prestigious accolade guarantees diners a fine dining experience of memorable dishes of classically-inflected modern cuisine with the focus on local, seasonal and market fresh produce. 

Head Chef, Leighton Thomas has been at The Imperial for over 7 years and he is renowned for his signature dishes which include his own seasonal specialities and those most popular with our diners.

Enjoy an evening of fine dining which is complemented by the elegant interior, flawless service and an expansive wine list.

Chantrey’s Restaurant is also open for Sunday Lunch and non-residents are very welcome however reserving a table is recommended.

Our Menu

Our Head Chef Leighton Thomas and the whole team would like to introduce you to our Summer House Menu.

As a Two AA Rosette awarded restaurant, we take pride in the fact that we use local, seasonal and market fresh produce. Welsh food, from unique cheeses, Welsh Lamb and Beef, to fresh fish and seafood, has a long-established reputation for distinctiveness, quality and taste.

The Imperial has implemented a food policy, to ensure that all meats supplied to the hotel have full traceability and have the highest ethical criteria with regard to feed and rearing, and where possible we use Organic produce.

Head Chef Leighton Thomas is renowned for his signature dishes. These include his own specialities and those most popular with our diners.

All dishes are cooked to order, we cook our food traditionally and our vegetables are lightly steamed to retain crispness, freshness, flavour & colour. For this reason, we trust that you will appreciate the time involved in preparing your meal.
