Restaurant Manager

Type: Permanent
Location: Llandudno
Description:

We are looking for an experienced, ambitious Restaurant Manager, to work in our 2 AA Rosette awarded Chantreys Restaurant. You will work alongside the Assistant Restaurant Manager to ensure the smooth running of the Restaurant at all times.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Effectively manage the team working within the restaurant and maintaining the two Rosette standards.
  • Oversee the day to day running of the department
  • Continuously look to improve standards and procedures within the department, whilst delivering exceptional customer service at all times
  • Ensure the training and development of all staff within the department
  • Help to ensure that appropriate standards are consistently maintained, through training and development
  • Liaise closely with the Chef to ensure effective communication and ensure excellent knowledge of menu dishes and training to team with menu tasting.
  • Increase customer service levels and understand the importance of high levels of customer service
  • Help achieve and maintain four-star AA standard

Restaurant Assistant

Description:

We are looking for Restaurant Assistants to work as part of a busy Front of House team, in our Two AA Rosette awarded Chantrey’s Restaurant, providing exceptional customer service at all times.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Serve guests by taking food and drink orders, serving food and preparing tables
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times
  • Operate electronic till system and take payments
  • Ensure the cleaning schedule is adhered to and that high standards of cleanliness are maintained at all times
  • Maintain a detailed knowledge of the full menu services provided for guests and non-residents
