Working during the festivities? Join us for the perfect post Christmas party night. Arrival drink, 3 course meal and tea, coffee and mince pies. Arrival 7pm, dinner served at 7:30pm and dancing 'til Midnight.
Terms & Conditions
All pre-payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Accommodation must be booked two weeks prior to arrival subject to availability. Large parties may not be seated on one table. Parties of eight or less may be combined with another table. We reserve the right to refuse admission to any person, whose condition in the opinion of The Imperial Hotel, will interfere with the enjoyment of the evening. All drinks must be provided by the hotel and guests found bringing their own drinks will be requested to leave the party.

Christmas Package: Yuletide Retreat: Three Nights of Festivities
Escape to the Queen of Welsh Resorts for your Christmas Celebrations.
Day 1: Christmas Eve
Arrive to a light Cream Tea served between 3-5pm. Carols will commence in the Function suite from 6.30-7pm with Champagne and Canapés and music performed by a traditional Welsh harpist followed by a four course 'Welcome to Wales Dinner' in Conwy’s Restaurant.
Day 2: Christmas Day
Offering plenty of time to open your stockings, enjoy a light breakfast between 8-10am.
Mince Pies and Coffee will be served mid-morning alongside a 'Guess The Weight Of The Imperial Christmas Cake' competition. The afternoon starts with a traditional Christmas Lunch with all the trimmings complete with a visit from Father Christmas.
After lunch, enjoy a peaceful snooze, watch Christmas TV or even play a board game; Mint Condition, our Health & Fitness Centre will be open to guests from 8am to 4pm for those that want to enjoy a relaxing swim. Mid afternoon join us for a cup of Tea and a slice of Imperial Christmas Cake followed by a fabulous Evening Buffet and light entertainment.
Day 3: Boxing Day
Start the day with a leisurely breakfast from 8-10am. Coffee and Pastries are available all morning as well as Mulled wine. Lunch will be served from 12pm. Tea, Coffee and Cake is available from 5pm.
For your final Evening, a four course Gala Farewell Dinner will be held in Chantrey’s Restaurant followed by light entertainment.

New Year Package: Seaside Sparkle - New Year's Eve One Night Gala Stay
New Year's Eve
The afternoon begins with a Light Cream Tea. In the Evening enjoy a Champagne and canapé reception, accompanied by a traditional Welsh harpist, followed by seven-course Gala Dinner from 7.30pm. Dance the night away until the wee small hours where Bacon Rolls and Coffee will be served at 1am. Dress code is Black Tie.
New Year's Day
New Year’s Day allows you the chance to relax in style. Enjoy Chef’s Special Brunch served from 9am-12 noon. Now you have the choice of extending your stay for another night or two, or say 'Hwyl' to your new found friends. We will see you again in 2027. Have a great New Year.

Terms & Conditions
Children sharing their parent’s room will be charged 50% of the adult tariff. Children under 16 occupying their own room will be charged 75% of the adult tariff. Rates are inclusive of VAT at the current rate and may vary with any changes in government legislation. A non-refundable deposit of £250 per person is required within 7 days to confirm a booking. We advise guests to insure against cancelation. Full payment is required 4 weeks prior to arrival. The management reserves the right to amend any part of the programme without notice. All final payments are non-refundable and
non-transferable.
