New Year’s Eve. The culmination of another long year and hopefully a time to celebrate to eat, drink and be merry with friends, family and loved ones.

So what can you expect from a New Year’s Eve at the Imperial Hotel? Well, for those arriving in the afternoon why not indulge in a traditional afternoon tea before retiring to your bedroom to prepare for the night ahead! The evening will commence with the Manager’s Champagne reception from which point guests will progress to an exquisite 7 course gala dinner in our award winning restaurant with choices such as:
A Pressed Terrine of Organic Smoked and Fresh Salmon, local Trout and Fresh Leek
Watermelon Cranberry and Winter Pimm’s Granite
Welsh Beef Fillet with slow braised blade of beef, black pudding pommes anna, carrots, beans and glazed shallots
Assiette of Chocolate
Chocolate and Danzy Jones liqueur Torte, Milk Chocolate and OrangeTrifle, White Chocolate and Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
At midnight, celebrations will be led by our professional Piper and from that point, guests will be free to dance the night away into the early hours of 2015. At 1am, some welcome coffee and bacon rolls will be served before the lure of a wonderful night’s sleep will take hold and tempt guests to the comfort of their sumptuous bedrooms.
Perhaps the most welcome feature of our NYE package is the chef’s special brunch which will be sympathetically hosted the following morning between 9am and 12 noon allowing late night revellers to replenish energy before their first meal of the New Year! From just £195 per person guests can enjoy all this and also the opportunity to extend their stay either before or after the big night.
