British Food Fortnight from 19 September to 4 October is an awareness campaign to encourage everyone to stand together in support of British food and British producers, and here at The Imperial Hotel we totally support this campaign but for 52 weeks of the year not just two!
For years we have stood firm and used local, seasonal and market fresh produce especially Welsh food from unique cheeses and wines, Welsh Lamb and Beef to fresh fish and seafood, because we strongly believe its quality and taste is beyond compare.
British farmers have been in the media a lot recently and the support has demonstrated that the British public back British farming but also want to ensure farmers receive a fair price, and one of the fundamental ways of doing this is to buy British. We hope you will join us in supporting this campaign.
