Halen Mon Sea Salt
Originating in 1997, Halen Mon Anglesey Sea Salt began from a small test of leaving a saucepan of seawater to boil on an Aga in a family kitchen. As crystals started to form, founders of Halen Mon celebrated the beginning of their salt supplies to their local butchers on the Isle of Anglesey. Here at the Imperial Hotel, we are proud to use this locally sourced salt for our cuisine in our kitchens.
These are just some of the many exciting suppliers we source from, which we hope you enjoy too at our hotel here at The Imperial.
