North Wales Car Club will be running its annual Visit Conwy Cambrian Rally on the evening of Friday 28th and all-day Saturday 29th October 2022.
This will be their 67th time of running the event. This year, the route will comprise of two Legs: Leg 1 (on the Friday evening), will include a closed roads stage around the Nebo area. Leg 2 on the Saturday will include forest stages near to Clocaenog, Llyn Brenig, Alwen and Penmachno.
The event also includes a series of low average speed transport sections, linking the start/finish of each leg of the event and the competitive stages. These sections will be routed through Llandudno, A470, Llanrwst, Betws y Coed, Glan Conwy, Cerrig-y-Druddion and areas surrounding Nebo, Alwen, Clocaenog, Pentre-llyn-Cymer and Penmachno.
The start for both the Friday and Saturday routes will be in Llandudno, with the first car departing on Friday at approximately 18.30h and returning at 21.40h. On the Saturday, the first car will leave Llandudno at about 07.40h, returning at about 16.30h.
